Bottle Man Update 3/26


General Changes 

  • For this build we give players a general sense of how we want to approach Cinemachine for cutscenes
  • UI has been updated. We left aligned the text, added two new fonts. There is now a prompt for picking up and interacting with main NPC's. 
  • A few new assets have been added. These include some fruit, a pigeon model, and updated buildings.
  •  Ambient occlusion has been removed from some assets. This caused them to look darker than intended. 
  • Some building heights have been adjusted to better fit the scale of the scene.
  • Textures have been updated on some buildings to make them appear less flat.
  • Bottle Man has an updated walking animation. Previously the animation had his feet clipping through the ground with ragdoll.

Known Bugs 

  • Throwing not working as intended.
  • Bottle Man talk animation not animating properly due to ragdoll.
  • If Bottle Man is hit by a car it will be near impossible to move him.
  • When Generic NPC is hit into ragdoll their face will get squished.
  • Bottle Man run animation has legs clipping into ground.
  • Pressing spacebar multiple times to jump will bring have Bottle Man going higher than intended. (This also triggers Debbys mission to begin)
